    You want to eat a healthy vegan diet, and you want to feel amazing.

    But with conflicting nutrition advice, obscure ingredients, a busy lifestyle, and meat-eating friends and family... where do you start?

    Firstly, I can assure you that you’re in exactly the right place, and I’m excited for you.

    I help the plant-curious cut through the nutrition chatter and discover a simple, nourishing and delicious vegan diet.


    I understand the guilt and frustration that comes from throwing together convenience food at end of a busy day and feeling like you're just not 'good enough'. I understand the difficulty in finding trusted support that follows both the science and your values.


    I'm here to help you find a peaceful and joyful relationship with food and health. I don’t spend hours in the kitchen each day, and you don’t have to either.

    How I can help

    Maybe:

    • you want to meet all your nutritional needs and maximise the benefits of eating a plant-based diet
    • you have a medical condition that can be improved with a healthy, plant-based diet
    • you have seen a dietitian or nutritionist before but not felt fully supported with your vegan lifestyle

    Hello, I'm Rosie


    Rosemary Martin BSc MSc RD

    I’m a UK Registered Dietitian with three passions in life; nutritional health, animals of all kinds, and taking care of this beautiful planet.


    Luckily, a vegan diet is wonderful for them all. This drives my ambition to help others discover the incredible power of plants for health, happiness, sustainability and compassion.


    You may have seen me working alongside some inspiring people like The Happy Pear or Deliciously Ella, but I also work to support our NHS work force with their health and wellness.


    Even more importantly than that, I live what I teach.

    I am 100% plant-based (vegan).

    I take a holistic approach to health. Nutrition is my thing, but it doesn't tell us the whole story. This is why, when working with my wonderful patients and clients, we also delve into sleep, stress, physical activity and social support.


    I am delighted to offer my support for anyone who wants to eat more plants, but is struggling with the question...
