Are you following a vegan diet, but you want to go high-protein? You’re in the right place.
This plant-based meal plan provides high-protein and vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes every week for 4 weeks alongside lot’s of delicious snacks and treats. Using high-protein plants and protein powders, this plan contains approximately 100g of protein each day making up about 20% of the total energy. It also contains all the nutrients that most of us require to be healthy.
You can use this plan as it is, or pick and choose the recipes you’d like to use each week amongst your own favourites. We have made good use of leftovers to ensure you’re not having to spend hours in the kitchen each day.
