This plant-based meal plan provides breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes every week for 8 weeks along with all your snacks and treats! This plan is fully vegan and provides the protein, fibre and many of the vitamins and minerals that most of us require to stay healthy.
You can use this plan as it is, or pick and choose the recipes you’d like to use each week amongst your own favourites. We have made good use of leftovers to ensure you’re not having to spend hours in the kitchen each day. We hope you love it!
